Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in enterprise cybersecurity, information security or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience developing and delivering enterprise security strategy, aligned with wider business and technology objectives.
• Strong expertise across security architecture, security operations, threat intelligence and incident response.
• Experience developing and maintaining security controls across complex IT and OT/manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrable experience establishing IT/cyber risk management frameworks and supporting regulatory compliance programmes.
• Strong understanding of recognised security frameworks and how to embed them into an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience managing and influencing strategic technology and security suppliers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complex security matters for senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.

Desirable

• Professional security or risk certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CRISC.
• Experience operating within highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF or comparable security frameworks.
• Experience leading security transformation, governance or enterprise-wide security improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to emerging technologies and their associated security, risk and compliance considerations.
